Thinking of moving to Chicago

Are you thinking about moving to Chicago or the surrounding areas? If so then there are a few places that you should think about when planning that next move. A lot of people when they think of Chicago only think of the down town area with all of its crowded busy streets and some times unbearable traffic. This however is only a small portion of the Chicago area. There are believe it or not several areas around Chicago that have that small town feel while still being within an hour of the down town area.

Hinsdale is probably one of my favorite communities in the Chicago area. It definitely has a small town feel where everyone knows everyone else. There is a wonderful down town area where the commuter train stop almost every hour to transport people between Aurora or Chicago within about 35 minutes. Most of the houses in the area are fairly new custom homes, but if for some reason you are not able to find the right home for your family rest assured that there are several Hinsdale home builders that can really build some fantastic custom homes.

Naperville is another wonderful area to move to within the Chicago area. Naperville has a wonderful down town area as well where there is always something going on for the whole family. There has also been a lot of new subdivisions added to the Naperville area by a couple of the main Naperville home builders. Naperville however is a little further out in the suburbs than Hinsdale plus there isn’t train access as well, but if you are looking for a clean family friendly area to move to you can’t go wrong with Naperville.

These are just two examples of the many wonderful communities around the Chicago area. With a little research I am sure you will find one that is perfect for your family and your lifestyle.
